Seminar\u00a0“Bioethics in the classroom”<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Center for the Study of Bioethics, in cooperation with the Serbian Unit and European Division of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics organized two seminars titled “Bioethics in the classroom”. The seminar was intended for teachers in high schools. The first seminar was realized in April 2015 and the second in November 2016.<\/p>\n

Workshop “Let\u2019s preserve our planet”<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Although the youngest members of our society generally don\u2019t know what bioethics is, they are faced with bioethical problems in their lives. On\u00a024 October 2017\u00a0we organized a one-day workshop in a Belgrade kindergarten tittled\u00a0\u2018\u2019New Ethical Challenges in Research Involving Humans\u2019\u2019 Within this workshop, children were\u00a0familiarized\u00a0with the importance of recycling through a game.\u00a0 The workshop consisted of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part included a conversation about the importance of preserving the planet, while during the practical part every child made her\/his own box for recycling plastic.<\/p>\n

Continuing Medical Education\u00a0titled \u2018\u2019New Ethical Challenges in Research Involving Humans\u2019\u2019<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Center for the Study of Bioethics, in cooperation with the European Division of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics and the Cambridge Working Group for Bioethics Education, organized a seminar in the framework of\u00a0\u00a0Continuing Medical Education\u00a0titled \u2018\u2019New Ethical Challenges in Research Involving Humans\u2019\u2019.\u00a0The seminar was held on 12 June 2017, at the Main Hall of the Institute of Social Sciences.<\/p>\n

The Center for the Study of Bioethics, in cooperation with the European Division of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics and the Cambridge Working Group for Bioethics Education, organized a seminar\u00a0in the framework of\u00a0\u00a0Continuing Medical Education\u00a0titled\u00a0\u00a0\u2018\u2019New Ethical Challenges in Research Involving Humans\u2019\u2019.\u00a0The seminar was held on 16 May\u00a02016, at the Main Hall of the Institute of Social Sciences.\u00a0 The seminar was mainly attended by doctors, pharmacists and philosophers.<\/p>\n
