Dr. Dusanka Krajnovic<\/strong> obtained her BSc Pharm from the University of Belgrade (Faculty of Pharmacy), as well as a Master of Science and PhD degree in Professional Ethics in Pharmacy (2004). She holds a teaching post at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Belgrade for Pharmacy Practice, Healthcare Ethics, Social Sciences in Pharmacy and for Pharmacy Ethics and Pharmaceutical Legislation. Her areas of activity include various fields of bioethics, particularly pharmacy ethics, development of ethical and other competences and research on various behavioral aspects of pharmacy practice. She is the author of the Pharmacists` Oath and Code of Ethics for the members of the Pharmaceutical Chamber of Serbia and the author of one monograph on pharmacy ethics and coauthor of two textbooks on pharmacy practice and communication. Her research findings were presented in 34 scientific and original articles in international and national journals, as well as in several hundreds of oral and poster communications and four invited lectures. She is the co-author of two books on contemporary pharmacy practice and serves as a peer reviewer in two national and two international scientific journals.<\/p>\n Dr Krajnovic is member of the Bioethical Society of Serbia, the Association for Medical Law of Serbia (AMLS), the International Society for the History of Pharmacy, PCNE, FIP and a regular member of the International Academy for the History of Pharmacy. She is listed in the Global Ethics Observatory (GEObs) UNESCO database for experts in bioethics. Since 2011, she has been appointed the Secretary of the UNESCO Chair for Bioethics in Serbia.<\/p>\n
